Our second Trading Post for the Winfield Trading Company, the Tubac location had some unique considerations and challenges- not the least of which were the very small, irregular site and its proximity to the arroyo and therefore the need to design a building which could withstand an unusual and unexpected flooding event. This trading post is distinctive amongst the surrounding shops but feels right at home in this historic artist’s town.
